In 2009, Arman Sahakyan graduated from the Department of Economics at the Russian Armenian (Slavonic) University. Since 2005, he has been actively involved in the operation of a number of non-governmental organizations. Arman Sahakyan participated in a number of international courses, namely on protecting the rights of individuals in the vulnerable groups.
Arman Sahakyan actively works in preventing HIV/AIDS in Armenia, as well as in the field of protecting the rights of individuals in the more vulnerable groups.
Arman Sahakyan is the Executive Director of Guarantee Center of Civil Society NGO. The organization currently changed its name into "Mission Aid and Development" Humanitarian NGO.
Since 2013 A. Sahakyan cooperates with the Monitoring Group Conducting Public Oversight in the Penitentiary Institutions and Entities under the Ministry of Justice, introduced by "New Generation" NGO. Currently he is the member of the Group.
Luiza Vardanyan graduated from YSU faculty of Law in 2016 getting Bachelor’s degree of Jurisprudence. She studied at The School of Advocates of the RA during 2016-2017 specalizing in criminal law. She received the licence of Advocate in 2017.
Since 2019 she has been studying Masters in Human Rights and Democratization in the Caucasus of CES at YSU. Luiza has been working in "Pink" human rights defender NGO since 2018.
She is enrolled in the Group of Public Monitors Implementing Supervision over the Criminal-Executive Institutions and Bodies of the Ministry of Justice of RA, representing "Pink" human rights defender NGO first as an expert /since December 2018/ and then as a member /since January 2020/.
In 2016 Hayk Hakobyan graduated from Vanadzor State University , the faculty of law. In 2017 he graduated from “Mkhitar Gosh” Armenian-Russian International University, the faulty of law. Since September 7, 2016 he has been working at Helsinki Citizen’s Assembly Vanadzor as a lawyer. He has participated in numerous trainings, seminars, discussions on human rights, summer schools, as well as in “Vanadzor Legal Clinic” project.
From June of 2017 to June of 2018 he has been enrolled an expert to the Group of Public Observers Conducting Public Monitoring in Penitentiary Institutions and Bodies of the RA Ministry of Justice, representing Helsinki Citizen’s Assembly Vanadzor. Since December of 2018 he is enrolled as a member to the Group of Public Observers Conducting Public Monitoring in Penitentiary Institutions and Bodies of the RA Ministry of Justice, representing Spitak Helsinki Group NGO.
In 2011, Arayik Zalyan graduated from the Department of Law, Mkhitar Gosh Armenian-Russian International University. In 2015, he graduated from the School of Advocates of the RA. Arayik Zalyan is a member of the RA Chamber of Advocates since November 28, 2015.
He has been the coordinator of the Legal Department at Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor since 2014.
He has been a member of the Group of Public Monitors Implementing Supervision over the Criminal-executive Institutions and Bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the RA since 2013, representing the Youth Initiative Center NGO.
From 2016 to 2018 Arayik Zalyan was the Chairman of the Group of Public Monitors Implementing Supervision over the Criminal-executive Institutions and Bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the RA.
In 2011, Hasmik Haroutyunyan graduated from the Department of Law at the French University in Armenia. In March-June of 2011, she studied at the RA Regional Studies Center.
In 2013, she completed the “Human Rights and Democratization” interdisciplinary Master’s program conducted by the European Studies Center at YSU.
Within the scope of the program, during the September-December of 2012, he studied at the Department of Law of Kiev State University named after Taras Shevchenko.
Since March of 2012, H. Haroutyunyan has been working at the “Protection of Rights without Borders” NGO as an expert-lawyer.
